摘要
采用理论分析与切削实验方法,探讨了切削过程中的几何因素对表面凹凸模样的影响,结果表明:凹凸模样的深度、长度和宽度主要由刀具半径、进给量和进给间隔来决定;凹凸模样的整齐性取决于铣刀回转偏心和刀刃相位差;通过设定刀具的移动距离,得到预想的表面凹凸模样;控制回转偏心和刀刃相位差,既可以降低加工表面的粗糙度,又可以提高表面的润滑效果和视觉效果。
The influences of geometrical parameters of milling process on the surface texture were discussed using both analytical method and milling tests. The results show that the depth, length, and width of texture are mainly determined by the radius of tool, feed rate, and pick feed. The uniformity of texture is controlled by the rotational eccentricity, and cutting edge orientation. The expected surface texture is obtained by properly setting moving distance of tool, the surface roughness is reduced, better lubricating effects and more appealing surface beauty are got by controlling both rotational eccentricity and cutting edge orientation.
