摘要 数控铣床是在数控系统的控制下完成自动加工的,建立正确的坐标系,并且通过对刀确定工件原点的位置,是准确控制刀具的运动轨迹、保证加工质量的前提。本文阐述了机床原点、参考点、工件原点、机床坐标系、工件坐标系等概念,结合具体零件,以FANUC-0i系统为例,探讨了数控铣削加工中两种实用的对刀方法,详细介绍了对刀原理和对刀步骤,并介绍了验证对刀结果的编程方法。 CNC milling machine finishes milling processes automatically by the control of CNC system. Setting up right coordinate system and determining the position of work origin are the prerequisite for controlling the path of tool and assuring the quality of milling. Some concepts including machine tool origin, reference station, work station, machine tool coordinate system and work coordinate system etc were expounded. Combining the particular spares, two different practical methods for measuring the offset of tool in CNC milling were discussed by the exarnple of FANUC-0i CNC system, and the programming method for verifying the result was introduced.
