摘要
采用程序升温高频燃烧熔解试样和红外吸收法测定煤和焦炭中高含量硫。根据经验和实际样品分析曲线设置了分析参数。样品采用导磁良好的纯铁和熔点较高的钨粒,再加入少量锡粒作助熔剂熔解,获得较好的分析结果。本法的测定范围为0.100%~3.50%(质量分数),检出限为0.006 3%(质量分数),测定下限为0.063%(质量分数)。用本法测定4个煤和焦炭的国家标准样品,相对标准偏差均小于5%,且测定值与认定值十分吻合。
The sample was melted by high frequency combustion with programmed temperaturc, and the high content of sulfur in coal and coke was determined by infrared absorption method. The operation parameters were optimized according to experience and released curve of actual sample. Satisfied results were achieved by adding some magnetic iron, high-melting tungsten and a little of tin as accelerator. The measurable range of the method was 0. 100%-3.50% (m/m) for sulfur. The detection limit was 0. 006 3% (m/m), and the determination low limit was 0. 063% (m/m). In appling this method to determine sulfur in four national certified reference materials of coal and coke, the relative standard deviation are less than 5 % and the results are in accordance with the certified values.
