从卫阳交会的角度探究“胃不和则卧不安”的内在机理

Study of The Internal Mechanism of " Inharmonious Stomach Leads to Insomnia" From the Aspect of Weiyang Convergence

"胃不和则卧不安"是"不寐"证的常见病机,对其内在机理的认识直接关系到临床的应用。从《内经》卫阳交会的角度探究了其内在机理。研究认为:邪阻阳明,不仅导致阳明失"阖",还可以导致阳跷交通阴阳失职,从而使卫阳不能正常入阴是"胃不和则卧不安"的内在机理之一。

＂ Inharmonious stomach leads to insomnia＂ is a common pathogenesis of insomnia. The understanding of its internal mechanism is closely related to clinical application. This paper discusses the internal mechanism from the aspect of Weiyang convergence in Nei Jing. The research found that the obstruction of yangming by pathogenic factors not only caused the failure of closure of yangming, but also may cause the breach of duty of yangqiao, so that weiyang could not normally enter yin. This is one of the internal mechanism of ＂Inharmonious stomach leads to insomnia＂.
