针刺对坐骨神经损伤后雪旺细胞的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的为了探讨针刺治疗坐骨神经损伤的疗效和机理。方法将家兔随机分成正常对照组、模型对照造组和针刺治疗组,通过建立家兔坐骨神经挤压损伤模型,观察针刺对家兔坐骨神经损伤后肢体功能的恢复以及对损伤神经局部雪旺细胞的影响。结果治疗3个疗程结束后,针刺治疗组家兔患侧后肢功能恢复明显改善,伸趾明显恢复,牵拉反射,挤压反射明显,爬行时患肢可屈伸,协助爬行;模型对照组家兔仅有轻微伸趾,牵拉反射和挤压反射恢复不明显;针刺治疗组雪旺细胞S-100α表达低于模型对照组,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论针刺治疗能促使坐骨神经损伤后肢体功能的恢复,对损伤神经组织中雪旺细胞的表达有影响,能加速坐骨神经损伤后的修复与再生。
