摘要
介绍高校办公自动化管理系统的设计与实现的设计思想、系统组成、系统功能及特点。该系统可以克服上述人工管理的缺点,使高等院校办公事务管理变得准确、及时、方便,大大减轻了管理人员的工作强度,提高了工作效率。
Office management in colleges and unversities is a very tedious and complicated job, for it needs heavy amount of work, possesses lots of data, takes much time, needs great effort and always goes wrong easily. If it is carried out manually, its efficiency will be low and accuracy poor. This system can overcome the shortcomings in the manual management stated above, make the Office management in colleges and universities effective, timely and convenient, relieve administrative personnel and raise efficiency. In this paper,an introduction is made to the design idea, form,function and characteristics of the office automation management system in colleges and universities.
