摘要
为了降低异步电动机检测系统成本和不影响它的转动惯量,在异步电机动态速度估计方法和电磁转矩方程基础上,采用校正补偿方法实现了异步电机转速和转矩的高精度估计。尽管速度和转矩估计的计算量比较大,但采用间断性转矩转速估计方法很好地解决了检测系统的实时性问题。仿真结果和实验结果验证了转矩转速估计的有效性。另外硬件设计采用性价比非常高的ARM单片机及12位串行AD,以及价格低的通用电流电压传感器,从而提高该检测系统的性价比。
In order to reduce the cost of monitoring and measuring system of induction motor and without increasing the rotor's rotational, the rotor speed and electromagnetic torque estimation with good performance of induction motor based on the algorithm of estimating induction motor's dynamic velocity and equation of electromagnetic torque and programmable low-pass filter by the compensation method was realized. It resolves the real-time problem by the discontinuity torque and speed estimation method goodly, though the calculation of the speed and torque estimation is complexity. The result of simulation and experiment shows the validity of the estimation of the rotor speed and torque. In addition to, high performance and low cost single-chip computer(ARM),12-bit serial analog-to-digital converter, general purpose voltage sensor and current sensor are used in the hardware design of the monitoring and measuring system, so the cost of this system is reduced significantly.
