Research on the Module of the Technical Economic Benefit Analysis and the Soft Measurement for Compressors

简述了合成氨、尿素等化肥生产系统中各种压缩机节能优化计算分析软件的整体和局部结构,着重介绍了该软件中技术经济效益计算分析模块编制的主要内容、依据、指标、计算原理及实现其功能的方法;同时借助于程序中的软测量技术,读取许多现有测量仪器所不能获取的各种软测量参数。

This paper illustrates the frame of the calculation and analysis software for the energy-saving of the reciprocating compressors in synthetic ammonia system. Then, the basis of developing the module about the technical economic benefits analysis and how to realize its functions were presented. At this program, the technique of soft measurement was used to get many parameters which could not be measured by available appliance.
