骨肉瘤COX-2与VEGF-C表达及与临床病理学参数的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨COX-2、VEGF-e表达与骨肉瘤临床病理学参数的关系,并分析COX-2、VEGF-C表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组化方法检测骨肉瘤组织56例、骨肉瘤癌旁组织15例中COX-2、VEGF-C的表达。结果在骨肉瘤组织。COX-2、VEGF-C均高表达,表达率分别为73.2%和64.2%,二者表达呈正相关(r=0.67,P〈0.01)。COX-2、VEGF-C表达均与肿瘤的恶性程度、病情分期、淋巴转移、肿瘤大小有关(P〈0.05),与骨肉瘤患者的诊断年龄、性别等因素无关(P〉0.05)。结论COX-2、VEGF-C在骨肉瘤组织高表达,二者表达有相关性。COX-2、VEGF-C的表达与骨肉瘤的病情分期、淋巴转移、肿瘤大小等临床病理学参数有关。提示临床上联合检测COX-2和VEGF-C对骨肉瘤病情进展的预测可能会有所帮助。
