恩丹西酮与曲马多治疗麻醉后寒战的临床观察

摘要 目的比较恩丹西酮与曲马多治疗麻醉后寒战的临床效果。方法选择60例硬膜外麻醉后出现寒战的产妇,随机分成2组:A组30例静注恩丹西酮8mg,B组30例静注曲马多1mg/kg。观察并记录2组产妇用药后0,5,10,15min各时间点的平均动脉压,心率,脉搏血氧饱和度及寒战治疗效果评分。观察恶心呕吐、牵拉反应和寒战复发的情况。结果A组治疗标准化有效率为58.8%,B组标准化有效率为96.4%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(X^2=11.77,P〈0.01)。A组恶心呕吐的发生率明显低于B组(P〈0.05),而B组牵拉反应的发生率和寒战复发率低于A组(P〈0.05)。2组各时间点的平均动脉压,心率,脉搏血氧饱和度比较差异无统计学意义。结论恩丹西酮与曲马多都能治疗麻醉后寒战,而曲马多疗效更确切。
