氩氦刀治疗恶性黑色素瘤对小鼠T细胞免疫的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究氩氦刀治疗小鼠恶性黑色素瘤后激活特异性T淋巴细胞的免疫效应。方法12只C57/BL小鼠分3组,A组4只接种B16恶性黑色素瘤细胞,并行氩氦刀治疗;B组4只建立荷瘤模型;C组4只为对照。利用混合淋巴细胞反应检测特异性细胞毒性T淋巴细胞的增殖。结果氩氦刀治疗后可显著刺激特异性T淋巴细胞增殖,与对照组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论氩氦刀治疗可有效激活小鼠肿瘤抗原特异性的T细胞。 Objective To study the effect of cryosurgery on activating T ell immunity in mice with malignant melanoma carcinoma. Methods Twelve C57/BL mice were randomly divided into group A (the mice were transplanted with B16 malignant melanoma cells, then treated by cryosurgery), group B (only transplanted with B16 cells)and group C as control. The proliferative activities of cytotoxic T lymphocytes were investigated by using mixed lymphocytes reaction. Results After cryosurgery, the cytotoxic T lymphocytes were activated into proliferate effectively. The proliferation rate of cytotoxic T lymphocytes in group A was significantly higher than that in group C (P〈O. 01). Conclusion Cryosurgery can effectively activate tumor antigen-specific T lymphocytes.
