升降胶囊治疗军队功能性消化不良肝郁脾虚证

Shengjiang Capsule for Functional Dyspepsia Accompanied with Liver-depression and Spleen-deficiency Syndrome in Soldiers

目的观察升降胶囊对军队功能性消化不良(FD)肝郁脾虚证患者的疗效。方法将166例FD肝郁脾虚证患者随机分为治疗组(110例)和对照组(56例)。治疗组服用升降胶囊,对照组服用吗丁啉,疗程均为4周。结果治疗组与对照组的临床总有效率分别为90.90%及78.57%,经统计学分析,差异有显著性。治疗组治疗后血浆胃动素显著増高,腹胀症状积分明显下降,水负荷实验最大饮水量明显增加,胃排空率及正常胃电百分率均优于对照组,统计学分析差异有显著性。结论中药升降胶囊对FD肝郁脾虚证有明显疗效,并通过多途径改善FD患者的胃动力。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Shengjiang Capsule （SC） on functional dyspepsia and Liver-depression and Spleen-deficiency syndrome in soldiers. Methods Totally 166 soldiers suffering from functional dyspepsia and Liver-depression and Spleen-deficiency syndrome were allocated to experimental group （n = 110） and control group （n = 56）. Experimental group took self-prepared SC half hour before each meal for 4 weeks, 4 capsules each time, 3 times a day. SC mainly consisted of Atractylodes macrocephala, fructus aurantii, rhizoma zingiberis, liquorice, Bupleurum falcatum L, Rhubarb （stir-fried with wine）, and caulis bambusae in taeniam, ruddle and SEMEN ARECAE PREPA- RETA. Control group took motilium half hour before each meal for 4 weeks, 10 mg each time, 3 times a day, Other related drugs were avoided. Results The total effective rate was 90. 90%in experimental group and 78. 57% in control group. After treatment, the plasma motilin increased significantly, the symptom of abdominal distention greatly improved; the maximal water load volume significantly increased. The gastric emptying rate and the normal gastric slow wave frequency significantly better in experimental group. Conclusion SC is effective in functional dyspepsia and Liver-depression and Spleen-deficiency syndrome, improving the abnormal gastric dynamics through multiple pathways.
