摘要
采用CCl4法进行肝损伤造模,测定小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和肝脏指数的变化,同时检测肝匀浆中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。羊肚菌胞内多糖能明显降低血清中的谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性,降低肝脏中MDA的含量和肝脏指数,提高SOD活性,并能显著地减轻CC14引起的肝小叶内的灶性坏死。结果表明羊肚菌胞内多糖对小鼠肝脏的损伤有保护作用。
To study the protective effects of intracellular polysaccharide from Morchella esculenta (MEP) on acute liver injury caused by CCl4 in mice, the mice were given i.g. MEP daily for 18 days before the models were made by i.p. injection of CCl4.The content of ALT, AST activity were measured in the serum, SOD,MDA were measured in the liver and liver index were also detected. MEP could significantly decrease the content of ALT, AST, MDA and liver index, and also improve SOD activity in liver. The lesions in liver lobule were ameliorated obviously. The results showed that MEP had protective effects on mice acute hepatic injury.
