Research Advance on Exogenous DNA Introduced into Maize by Pollen-tube Pathway

综述了外源DNA通过花粉管通道导入玉米的研究进展。详细阐述了利用花粉管通道法将外源DNA导入玉米中的转化方式、导入后代的变异以及变异机理;介绍了利用花粉管通道法将外源总DNA和目的基因导入到玉米中的研究现状;提出了利用花粉管通道法导入外源DNA应注意的问题,以及今后的研究方向。

The research advance of exogenous DNA introduced into maize by pollen-tube pathway was summarized in this paper. The transformation method, the variation of the progenies after introduction and the mechanism of the variation were expounded in detail; the research achievement of the transformation of total DNA and target DNA were presented. The questions which should be paid attention to in introducing exogenous DNA through the pollen-tube pathway method, and the research direction in future were also put forward.
