氧化亚氮吸入联合术前舌下含化米索前列醇与异丙酚静脉麻醉用于人工流产的比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的:比较氧化亚氮吸入联合术前舌下含化米索前列醇与异丙酚静脉麻醉用于人工流产的镇痛效果及相关副作用。方法:将240例要求终止妊娠的早孕妇女随机分成3组:氧化亚氮吸入联合术前舌下含化米索前列醇组(A组)、异丙酚静脉麻醉组(B组)、不用药组(C组),观察各组的宫颈扩张情况、疼痛情况、人工流产综合征发生率及其他副作用。结果:B组无痛率100%,与A组比较无显著性差异(P>0·05);A、B组宫口松弛、人流综合征发生率无显著性差异(P>0·05);B组有呼吸抑制、术后定向障碍等不良反应,自行离手术床时间长于A、C组(P<0·05)。结论:氧化亚氮吸入联合术前舌下含化米索前列醇用于人流镇痛效果确切,方法简便、安全、经济,值得推广应用。 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the analgesic efficacy and side -effects of nitrous oxide inhalant in combination with sublingual administration of misoprostol preoperatively versus transvenous anaesthesia with propofol for induced abortion. METHODS: 240 pregnant women who were desirous of termination of pregnancy were randomly assigned to receive nitrous oxide in combination with sublingual administration of misoprostol preoperatively (Group A), intravenous anesthesia with propofol (Group B) or none (Group C) . The main outcome measures were cervical dilation, analgesic effect, incidences of induced abortion syndrome and other side reactions. RESULTS: The aponia rate in Group B was 100%, showing no significant differences as compared with Group A (P 〉0.05). There was no significant difference in the uterus laxity and the incidences of induced abortion syndrome between Group A and B (P 〉 0.05) . Some side reactions such as respiratory depression and postoperative loss of orientation were seen in Group B, and the duration of free action was significantly longer than in Group A and Group C (P〈0.05) . CONCLUSION: Nitrous oxide inhalant in combination with sublingual administration of misoprostol preoperatively has proved analgesia efficacy for induced abortion, and its administration is simple, safe and economical thus deserving to be popularized.
