FCR单证结算与信用证提单结算的对比分析

摘要
国际贸易实务操作惯例中，最常使用的国际货物运输单据是海运提单B／L（BillofLading），cf船东或船代来说，海运提单也是最重要的国际货款的结算单据之一。近几年，出现了一种新型的货运单据FCR，并且用FCR代替信用证提单结算的情形越来越多。
