摘要
为改变我国钢铁厂多采用铁路运输钢渣存在着线路移动频繁、投资额大的不利状况,很有必要改用机动灵活的轮式渣罐运输车;目前引进的产品均为液力机械传动方式,备件供应困难且价格昂贵,使其广泛应用受挫。为此,我们对在渣罐车上采用机械传动的可行性进行了多方面的研究。计算和论证,试制出4台自重32t的机械传动的LCZ-35型渣罐运输车;经使用证明,该车在综合性能上可与国外同类液力传动渣罐运输车媲美。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of oft-repeated rail removing and high exepnditure caused by the conventional railway transtportation of slag in steel plants, it is very necessary to develop the wheeled slag pot carrier. Currently, the hydromechanical drive for the imported slag pot carrier has been used. However, a product series of hydraulic driving elements has not been taken shape in China. The price of hydraulic driving elements used to equip the entire carrier is so high that it is difficult to be acceptable for China's steel plants. Therefore, the extensive feasibility, calculation and proof of mechanical drive for the slag pot carrier have been made, and 4 sets of 32t Model LC2-35 mechanically-driven slag pot carriers. It has been proved that its performance is comparable to that of similar hydraulically-driven slag pot carriers made in foreign countries.
