用混凝土搅拌机加工粒状铵油炸药的实践

PRACTICE IN PROCESSING GRANULAR ANFO EXPLOSIVE WITH CONCRETE MIXER

在大厂铜坑锡矿采石场的一次硐室爆破中，根据矿山实际情况，用混凝土搅拌机加工了104t粒状铵油炸药。在加工安全上主要防止金属间摩擦产生的火花和生产中的静电积聚。严格计量、准确配料、保证搅拌时间是确保炸药质量的关键。若安全措施得力，劳动组织严密，这种加工方法是可行的，且生产效率高，成本低，可满足炸药用量大的调空爆破工程的需要。

Based on the actual situation, 104T granular ANFO explosive was processed with concrete mixers for a chamber blasting in the quarry of Tongkeng Tin Mine Daichang. Some essential safety measures were adopted to prevent spark occuring for friction between metals and the built-up of static electricity in the process of production. Practice shows that strict measurement,accurate mix proportion and proper mixing time are the key points for ensuring explosive quality.Under the circumstances of competent safety measures and good labour organization, this processing method is feasible and able to meet the requirements of large explosive-consumed chamber blasting projects with its high production and lower cost.
