Credit-linked Notes

信用联系票据是一种内嵌信用违约互换,允许发行者向信用投资者转移特定信用风险的证券。信用联系票据由资产负债表中的资产所支持,并且给相关资产的组合提供了一个（综合的）信用暴露。

Credit-linked note is a security with an embedded credit default swap allowing the issuer to transfer a specific credit risk to credit investors. Credit-linked notes （CLNs） are funded balance sheet assets that offer （synthetic） credit exposure to a portfolio of reference assets.
