摘要
综合实践活动课程是教师引导下学生自主进行的综合学习活动,它对教师的指导能力提出了新的要求。合作管理能力、课程开发能力、学习指导能力、组织实践活动能力与个性化评价能力在教师素质中较为重要。为了培养高师生相应的指导能力,建议高师的课程结构中增设研究性学习、综合实践课程教学论等课程。
Integrated practice courses are students' comprehensive study teachers. It requires teachers to be capable of cooperative management, activities under the guidance of curriculum development, study guidance, activity organization, and individualized evaluation. To help future teachers to achieve these qualities, teachers' colleges should add research courses and practice pedagogy courses in their curriculum.
