村庄治理的人才资源瓶颈

摘要 乡村建设过程实质就是一个以建设和谐农村社会为前提的农村组织化过程,农村的组织化必然会涉及到村庄治理,所以乡村建设实际上是一个好的村庄治理过程。合格的治理人才是好的村庄治理关键,而当前农村社会受到社会分层、社会流动等因素的影响,村庄治理人才结构、人才素质出现了一些亟待解决的问题。 The essence of rural construction is the organization process of the countryside based on the principle of harmony. Since the construction will inevitably involve village management, the process is in fact a good management of the villages. Competent talents are the key for the construction but there have appeared urgent problems concerning the structure and quality of village management talents due to influences from social labor division, human movement, etc.
