民营家族企业薪酬差距与绩效实证研究——以徐州市为例 被引量:1

摘要 本文在梳理薪酬差距相关理论的基础上,对苏北地区徐州市42家民营家族企业薪酬差距进行了实证分析,揭示了苏北地区徐州市民营家族企业薪酬差距的现状以及薪酬差距与企业绩效的一般关系,为家族企业薪酬差距战略决策提供理论依据和实践指导。
