高职院校图书馆制定文献资源发展政策的前期准备

Preliminary preparations in the policy-making for the development of libraries of the vocational colleges

《普通高等学校图书馆文献资源发展政策编制指南(草案)》要求,各种类型和规模的普通高等学校图书馆应编制书面的文献资源发展政策,作为图书馆规划文献资源发展、合理安排购书经费的基本依据。科学规范地制定文献发展政策需要做大量的前期准备工作,对图书馆文献资源发展相关的各种状况及信息进行调查与研究尤其重要。文章阐述了调查研究的重要性,针对高职高专院校图书馆的情况,提出了调查的着眼点和一些主要的调查方法。

The Guide to the Policy-Making of Developing Documentary Resources in the Libraries of Higher Education Institutions （ Draft ） requires that all sorts of higher institutions should work out developing tactics of the document resources, which will be regarded as the principle basis of planning the development of documentary resources and rational allocation of funds. To achieve this goal, a large amount of preliminary work is needed. It is also highly important to make some relevant investigations and researches. This article expounds the importance of investigations and researches and sets forth the focus of attention and major methods to carry out the investigations concerned in the libraries of vocational colleges.
