摘要
医疗品质是医院的核心要素,台湾借鉴国际先进的医疗品质管理指标体系,建立了适合台湾地区的医疗品质监测体系、医疗监护品质指标系列和严谨的评鉴标准;广泛应用品质管理工具;建立卓越领导、顾客导向、持续改进、全员参与四大支柱体系和人力保障机制,大大促进了医疗品质的提升。我们多年来在医疗质量管理工作中做了大量工作,取得了一定的成绩。现在要抓住当前改革的有利时机,学习国际和台湾地区医院品质管理的先进经验,深入探索,大胆创新,改革不适宜的体制和机制,使医院的品质管理稳定健康发展。
The quality of medical services is at the core of hospital management. By using the advanced international experience in target system of medical services quality management, the hospitals of Taiwan region have established a monitoring system for medical services quality, a series of targets for medical services quality control and strict appraisal standard which suit the need of the region ; widely used quality management tools ; formed a system of 4 supporting means, i.e. brilliant leadership, customer - oriented services, consistent improvement and total staff participation and a mechanism of human resource guarantee. As a result, the quality of medical services has greatly improved. We have also achieved some good result in recent years by doing a lot of work in the management of medical services quality. Now we should seize the current favorable opportunity of health reform, learn from the advanced experience in hospital management of other countries and Taiwan region, make a thoroughgoing exploration, boldly blaze new trials, reform all impropriate and mechanism so as to make a steady and healthy development in hospital's quality management.
