不动产登记机构要统一,是物权法确立的未来不动产登记立法的方向。但应如何统一,见仁见智,莫衷一是。文章从我国不动产登记立法的现状出发,剖析了现有有关不动产登记制度的不合时宜性,在此基础之上,对影响未来不动产登记机构设置所应考虑的因素进行分析,得出我国不动产登记机构应如何设置方是现实、可行的结论。

The registration agency of real estate must be united ,which is the object of registration law of real estate. There has been many different opinions about the unification of the registration agency up to now. The present situation of registration law of real estate has been analyzed at first and then the influcing factors to build up the registration agncy ban been considered. At last,a conclusion about the choice of registration agency has been draw in this article.
