Discussion on the Changes of the Actuality of the Antinomy of Female Librarians in University Library

通过对当今高校图书馆女性馆员的素质现状、地位与作用的分析,提出了新时期对女性馆员素质的要求以及改变女性馆员素质、提高女性馆员地位与作用的主要措施。

Through analyzing the present situation of the quality, position and function of female librarian in university library, this paper advances the requirements for the quality of female librarians in the new era and some main measures for changing the quality of female librarian and improving the position and function of female librarian.
