Probe into the Present Situation of and Problems Existing in the Bid Procurement of University Library

从我国高校图书馆招标采购的现状出发,分析了图书招投标采购的优越性及目前存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。

Starting from the present situation of the bid procurement of university library in China, this paper analyzes the superiorities of and the problems existing in the bid procurement of the library, and advances some corresponding solving measures.
