This paper analyzes the necessity of implementing the outsourcing of acquisitioning and cataloguing work in university library, affirms the positive influences of outsourcing on acquisitioning and cataloguing work in the library of Zhoukou Normal College, and advances some countermeasures for solving the existing problems.
