介绍了电子资源的概念、分类及特点,通过分析河南科技大学电子资源的利用状况,提出进一步提高高校图书馆电子资源利用率的建议。

This paper introduces the concept, classification and features of electronic resources, and through analyzing the utilization situation of electronic resources of Henan University of Science and Technology, advances some suggestions on increasing the utilization ratio of the electronic resource of university library.
