随着社会的发展,档案事业已进入一个高速发展的阶段。档案室作为最基层档案工作机构,建立起一套档案归档制度和规定势在必行,它既是档案法规的要求,又是文件归档规范性的需要,同时又可以提高档案归档工作的效率。

Along with the development of society, the cause of archives has gone into a speedy developing period.As the lowest level archival institution, there shoud be a set of filing system and regulations in filing archives. It can meet the requirements of files regulations as well as the necessity of regulating the filing system; meanwhile, it can improve the efficiency of filing work, too.
