针对现今人力资源成本控制和成本管理的现状,提出了加强人力资源成本控制及成本管理的对策和建议。
In the light of the present situation of cost control and cost management of human resource, this paper advances some countermeasures for and suggestions on strengthening the cost control and cost management of human resource.
