钴和硝酸镁作为通用基体改进剂的研究 被引量:18

摘要 研究钴和硝酸镁作通用基体改进剂的可能性。文中提出的基体改进剂使银、砷、金、镉、镓、锗、铟、铅、锑、硒、锡、铊等元素在石墨炉原子吸收中允许灰化温度大为提高,从而消除基体干扰。对钴和硝酸镁作基体改进剂与常用的基体改进剂进行了比较,结果令人满意。 It is reported in this paper, that the use of a new matrix modifier, a mixture of cobalt and magnesium nitrate, can effectively raise the ashing temperature of many elements, e. g. Ag、As、Au、Cd、 Ga、Ge、In、Pb、Sb、Se、Sn、Tl in GFAAS, and the matrix interferences are thus eliminated. As compared with ordinary matrix modifiers, the proposed new and universal modifier shows better and more satisfactory result. This new matrix modifier has been used in the GFAAS determination of Pb and Cd in a standard reference material of peach leaf, and the results obtained are consistent with the standard values.
