摘要
介绍了钻井中途油气层测试仪(FCT)的结构特点、现场应用情况及研究发展方向。FCT仪器主要由电子线路模块、液压动力模块、反向注入模块、数字泵抽模块等10个模块组成,能在177℃、140 MPa的恶劣环境下进行地层真实流体的存取和携带,并对地层进行测压取样,很好地满足渤海稠油的特点。对FCT中反注入与数字泵抽模块的结构特点进行了重点阐述,详细介绍了FCT在胜利某实验井与渤海某井的应用情况及所取得的成果。提出了未来几年FCT的发展方向。
The structure and local application of the Formation Characteristic Tool (FCT) are introduced. The FCT, which is a reservoir tester containing 10 modules of electronic circuitry, hydraulic driver, counter injection and digital pump-in etc, can acquire and bring samples of real formation liquid and measure its pressure in environment of 177℃ and 140 MPa, suits character of the heavy crude in Bohai Basin. Emphasized are structures of the counter injection and digital pump-in module. Expounded on is the application result of FCT in an experimental well of Shengli Oilfield and a well of Bohai. Suggested briefly are improvements of the FCT.
