大孔吸附树脂纯化草珊瑚总黄酮的工艺条件 被引量:10

摘要 利用静态吸附和动态吸附的方法对大孔吸附树脂纯化草珊瑚Sarcandra glabra总黄酮的工艺条件进行研究,以得到高纯度的草珊瑚总黄酮。结果表明,AB-8树脂对草珊瑚总黄酮有较好的吸附和解吸效果,最优工艺条件为:草珊瑚总黄酮上样液的质量浓度为4mg/mL,速率为2mL/min,草珊瑚总黄酮的最大吸附量为8mg/mL,洗脱剂为70%乙醇,洗脱速率为2mL/min,洗脱剂用量为3BV,草珊瑚总黄酮的回收率为88.92%,按此工艺条件纯化后的草珊瑚总黄酮纯度达64.71%。 To purify the total flavonoids from Sarcandra glabra, we studed the optimal purification condition of quiet state adsorption and dynamic state adsorption with macroporous adsorption resins. The results showed that AB - 8 macroporous adsorption resins was the best for adsorbing and separating the total flavone in Sarcandra glabra. The optimum extraction conditions were that the concentration and the current velocity of the original solution were 4mg/mL and 2mL/min while the maximum adsorbing capacity for total flavonids in Sarcandra glabra was 8mg/mL. The eluant was 70% ethanol and the eluting velocity was 2mL/min. The consumption of eluant was 3BV, In this condition, the purity of total flavonoids was 64.7%.
