摘要
从筛选方法、筛选时期、筛选压力和筛选指标几方面对作物磷高效筛选研究进行概述。结果表明,土培法可以有效地筛选磷高效作物;筛选时期以苗期为宜,结合全生育期复筛更佳;筛选压力可根据不同的作物、筛选方法、筛选时期而定;筛选指标多种多样,主要为一些与磷效率有关的生理和形态指标。同时指出当前作物磷高效种质资源筛选工作中存在的问题,并阐述了相应的对策。
This paper reviewed the research advances in screening the crops with high phosphorus efficiency and summed up the existing research of four aspects of screening methods, screening period, screening pressure and screening indexes. The results show high phosphorus efficiency genotypes were screened by soil incubation methods in seeding stage. If it screens again in whole growing period, the effect is better. The screening pressure is decided by different crops, screening methods and screening period. The screening indexes were diversiform and mostly were physiological and morphological indexes about phosphorus efficiency. Mean while, the existing problems in present work were put forward, and were their discussed.
