摘要
在研武器装备效能的合理评估,可以为装备发展决策提供重要建议。针对在研装备性能指标存在模糊性的特点,基于模糊贴近度理论,确定了一种评估装备效能的方法。选取具有代表性的装备效能因素,通过横向比较在研装备与现役类似装备之间的性能指标,建立特征值矩阵,选取适当的贴近度函数计算指标间的贴近度,设计评估模型及方法。经过一组实例分析验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,最后对下一步要做的工作进行了介绍。
Reasonable evaluation of the developing weapon equipment may provide suggests for the decision-making of weapon development. Aiming at the fuzzy characteristics of the performance indexes for the developing equipment, we put forward a method for efficiency evaluation based on fuzzy approaching degree theory. We selected representative weapon efficiency factors, and compared the performance indexes of the equipment under development with that of the similar equipment in service. We built up a characteristic value matrix, selected appropriate approaching function for calculating the approaching degrees between the indexes, and designed an model for evaluation. A group of practical examples verified the feasibility and validity of this method.
