山东籍汉族泛发性脓疱型银屑病患者发病中易感基因的定位研究

Study on the association between HLA-DRB1,DQB1 genes in patients with psoriasis in Han Shandong Chinaes

目的探讨HLA-DRB1、DQB1位点基因与银屑病的相关性,探讨HLA-DRB1、DQB1位点基因在山东籍汉族银屑病易感性中的作用。方法用序列特异性引物-聚合酶链反应(PCR-SSP)方法,对36例泛发性脓疱型银屑病患者进行了HLA-DRB1、DQB1等位基因的分型,并分析了上述基因在各组中的分布。结果泛发性脓疱型银屑病患者组DR7、DQB1*0201、DQB1*0603频率较正常对照组显著增高。结论寻常型银屑病、关节病型银屑病与泛发性脓疱型银屑病在发病机制方面存在共同的遗传易感基因,而后两者又有其特殊的遗传背景。

Objective To investigate the correlation of HLA-DRB1, DQB1 genes in psoriasis in Han Shandong Chinese. Methods Polymerase chain reaction-specific sequence primers （ PCR-SSP） method was used to type HLA-DRB1, DQB1 subregion in 36 cases with generalized pustular psoriasis and matched control subjects of Han nationality from Shandong Province. Results The results demonstrated that the frequency of HLA- DR7, DQB1 ＊ 0201 , DQB1 ＊ 0603 allele frequency in patients with generalized pustular psoriasis were signii^cantly higher than those in controls. Conclusion The above mentioned two types of psoriasis have similarity in the association between disease and HLA class II genes susceptibility. There were differences among in HLA disease association.
