摘要
在MSMPR结晶器中研究了磷矿中的常见杂质铝、硅、氟对石膏结晶的影响。发现不同含量的氟、铝、硅存在下,石膏晶体的成核速率和成长速率存在一个极值点;电镜照片表明,只有铝存在时,石膏晶体的外形几乎没有变化;当氟与铝共存时,石膏晶体的外形发生了极大的变化,几乎都形成了球状聚晶;在氟、铝、硅杂质共存时,石膏晶体的形态与只有氟和铝存在时相似,但较不规则。
The effects of Al 3+ , SiF 2- 6 and F - on the crystal of gypsum in MSMPR crystallizer are studied. It is found that the growth and nucleation rates of gypsum crystal have a maximum value in the presence of variant amounts of fluorine, aluminium and silicon. The shape of gypsum crystal changes little in the presence of Al 3+ ion. In the presence of both Al 3+ and F -(HF), the shape of gypsum crystal changes greatly and forms sphere shaped aggregate instead of the elongated needle formed in the presence of Al 3+ ion; In the coexistence of F -, Al 3+ and SiF 2+ 6 ions, the gypsum crystal shape is similar to that in the presence of both F - and Al 3+ ions, but less regular.
