雌激素复方制剂治疗顽固性咽部溃疡的临床观察

Effect of the compound products including estrogen on recurrent pharyngeal ulcer

目的观察局部应用雌激素制剂治疗顽固性咽部溃疡的疗效。方法自拟雌激素复方溃疡液,共治疗咽部顽固性溃疡46例,对照组8例。结果治疗组病例平均愈合时间9.26 d,对照组病例平均愈合时间24.5 d,无并发症发生。结论雌激素制剂局部应用可有效促进顽固性咽部溃疡的愈合,明显缩短愈合时间,并减少复发。

Objective To observe the healing effects of the compound products included estrogen on recurrent pharyngeal ulcer. Methods The compound products included estrogen. 46 patients were treated with that and 8 patients were treated with the compound products without estrogen as control from 1991 to 2006 . Results Average duration time was 9.26 days in estrogen group,while average duration was 24. 5 days in control group. With the compound products including estrogen treatment, recurrent pharyngeal ulcer healed completely without side effects. Conclusion It showed that the compound products including estrogen was effective on recurrent pharyngeal ulcer.
