摘要
安钢集团公司已形成千万吨钢的生产能力,为进一步提高在日益加剧的钢铁市场竞争中的优势地位,明确提出了以加快建设千万吨精品板材基地为目标的"两大跨越"发展战略。本文结合近年来企业技术创新体系建设和产品结构调整经验,对进一步完善自主创新运行机制和推进钢铁产品结构优化进行了探讨,论述了自主创新体系建设的基本思路、结构框架和奋斗目标;围绕"两大跨越"发展战略的实施,提出了钢铁产品结构调整优化的基本构思。
With the capacity of 10 million ton steel formed, Angang group definite the" two great crossing" developmental strategy aiming for speeding - up the construction of 10 million ton fine plate base so as to improve the dominant position in keener competition. Combined with the construction of technical innovation system and experience in product mix adjustment in recent years, the paper discussed on further perfecting the operation system of independent innovation and promoting the optimization of steel product mix, described the basic thinking, structure frame and the objective of a struggle in construction of independent innovation system;and pointed out the basic conception of steel product adjustment and optimization around the carrying - out of "two great crossing" developmental strategy.
