摘要
对高炉的上下部调剂、炉墙结厚处理进行了分析,提出了铜冷却壁高炉维护合理操作炉型的方法。认为加强入炉原燃料的管理,减少成份波动,降低入炉粉末含量,通过上下部调剂维持适当的边缘气流及选择合适的热制度、造渣制度是炉况稳定顺行的关键。
Through analysis of the regulation measures which had been taken at the upper and lower part of the furnace and the management of aeeretion on wall for Handan Steel＇s No. 5 BF, the characteristics of operation of BF with copper cooting staves was brought torward.
