周期性液相交换全回流间歇精馏塔串联操作 被引量:2

摘要 提出了一种新型的间歇精馏塔串联系统及其操作方法,分别以两塔液相周期性交换和三塔液相周期性交换为操作单元。为了验证该操作单元的可行性,以体积比为1∶1的乙醇-异丙醇和乙苯-对二甲苯为研究对象。试验结果表明,两塔操作,能达到两个塔直接串联的理论板数所达到的分离效果;三塔操作,能达到三个塔直接串联的理论板数所达到的分离效果。表明周期性液相交换的塔串联的操作方式能获得相应塔数的理论板数叠加的分离效率,同时系统总压降只等于单塔压降值。 A new type of operation on batch distillation in mode of conjoint columns was proposed. The feasibility of this new operation was proved by the experiments in which two columns and three columns in periodic liquid material exchange were used as operation unit respectively and the system of ethanol-isopropanol (volume ratio of 1 ) ethylbenzene-para-xylene(volume ratio of 1 ) were chosen. The results of the experiments indicated that the new operation of two columns and three columns can obtain the separation effect of relative columns of two and three connected directly, while the whole pressure drop of the new operation is the same as the pressure droop of a single column.
