摘要
通过考察工艺操作所需要的流场,并运用射流卷吸原理,确定了光催化反应器的釜体和射流式搅拌器的结构形式。通过计算流体力学软件FLUENT对优化方案的模拟,显示了模拟结果并进行了分析,从而证明了本文设计的三维射流式搅拌器结构形式切实可行,尺寸参数完全合理。通过工业生产验证,反应除砷效率较实验室中有明显提高。
Kettle structure and jet stirring appliance structure of the photocatalytic reactor were ascertained through the study on flow field required by technical operation and the applying entrainment theory. Simulation result was displayed and analyzed through CFD simulation on the optimized scheme,then the structure of threedimension jet stirring appliance was proved feasible and its structure parameters were completely reasonable. The efficiency of arsenic removal is apparently improved through the comparison between industry production and experiment.
