系统性红斑狼疮中医证型与Ag-NORs和CD8^+调节性T细胞亚群的关系 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)中医辨证分型与外周血T淋巴细胞核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(Ag-NORs)含量和CD8+CD28-、CD8+CD28+T细胞亚群的相关性。方法:采用银染技术和流式细胞术,分别对24例热毒炽盛型、16例肝肾阴虚型SLE患者和20例健康者的外周血T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs含量和CD8+CD28-、CD8+CD28+T细胞亚群比例进行测定。结果:与健康对照组比较,SLE两证型组患者CD8+CD28-及CD8+CD28-/CD8+CD28+比值升高,CD8+CD28+比例下降,差异有显著性意义;与肝肾阴虚组比较,热毒炽盛组患者Ag-NORs含量升高,CD8+CD28-、CD8+CD28+比例降低,差异有显著性意义。经直线相关性分析,Ag-NORs与CD8+CD28-、CD8+CD28+之间无相关性。结论:外周血T淋巴细胞Ag-NORs含量、CD8+调节性T细胞亚群的改变与SLE中医证型具有一定相关性,可作为SLE中医辨证分型的客观化指标。
