Studies on Chromatographic Optimization and Its Application in Pharmacokinetics Research

本文研究了弱碱化合物保留值方程（ｌｎｋ＝ａ＋ｃＣｂ－ｌｎ（１＋１０１４Ｋｂ［Ｈ＋］）），根据色谱动力学和色谱热力学原理编辑了相应软件，应用该软件优化出奥美拉唑及其代谢物和内标物的高效液相色谱分离条件。

The retention formula for alkaloid,ln k =a+cCb-ln(1+10 14 Kb),was studied by the authors, and a corresponding soft ware was edited based on principles of chromatographic thermodynamics and dynamics. The optimized conditions for HPLC separation of omeprazole and its metabolites and internal standards were worked out by using this sofe ware. Then the studies on pharmacokinetics of omeprazole in health volunteers were achieved
