摘要
设计并合成了两个苯并噻唑取代咔唑衍生物:3-苯并噻唑基-N-苯基咔唑(BPCz)和3-苯并噻唑基-N-萘基咔唑(BNCz).BPCz和BNCz固体薄膜光致发光光谱峰值分别位于418,426 nm.循环伏安法中测得二者的LUMO轨道能级分别为3.64,3.59 eV.以BPCz和BNCz为发光层制作了结构为ITO/NPB/BPCz or BNCz/TP-BI/Alq3/LiF/Al的器件,BPCz和BNCz器件的发光峰值分别为429,435 nm,14 V直流电压驱动时,BPCz和BNCz器件的发光亮度分别为918,1495 cd.m-2.当电流密度为20 mA.cm-2时,BPCz和BNCz器件的量子效率分别为0.73%,1.35%,电流效率分别为0.95,1.56 cd.A-1,流明效率分别为0.32,0.55 lm.W-1.
Two new benzothiazole derivatives,3-benzo[ d] thiazol-2-yl-N-phenylearbazole (BPCz) and 3-benzo[ d] thiazol- 2-yl-N-naphthylcarbazole (BNCz) were designed and synthesized for non-doped blue OLED. BPCz and BNCz thin solid films showed blue photoluminescence with peak wavelength at 418 and 426 nm, respectively. LUMO energy level of BPCz (3.64 eV) and BNCz (3.59 eV) were obtained by cyclic voltammetry. Organic light emitting devices (OLED) emitting blue light with the configuration of ITO/NPB/BPCz or BNCz/TPBI/Alq3/LiF/Al were fabricated. The performance parametersof BPCz and BNCz devices are brightness 918 and 1495 cA· m^-2 at 14 V, external efficiency 0.73% and 1.35 %, current efficiency 0.95 and 1.56 cd· A^-1, power efficiency 0.32 and 0.55 lm·W^-1 at 20 mA·cm^- 2, respectively.
