绞股蓝总皂苷提取工艺的研究

Study on the process of the total saponins of Gynostemma pentaphyllum

目的:研究绞股蓝总皂苷的最佳提取工艺条件;方法:以绞股蓝总皂苷得率为指标,采用正交试验法考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数等4个因素对提取效果的影响;结果:绞股蓝总皂苷的最佳提取工艺:乙醇浓度70%,料液比1∶6,提取时间1h,提取次数2次。

Objective：To investigate the optimum extraction process of the total saponins of Gynostemma pentaphyllum ; Methods： Orthogonal test was used, in which the output of the total saponins was regarded as an examin-ation target and the influence of four factors in the extraction of effective substance were investigate. The four factors were the concentration of ethanol, ratio of material to liquid, the time of extraction and the murnber of extraction; Results： The optimum extraction process of the total saponins of Gynostemma pentaphyllum was established as follows ： the concentration of ethanol 70%, ratio of material to liquid 1 ： 6, extraction time 1 h, 2 times.
