摘要
讨论在定频情况下如何确定电缆的选择方法和电压降汁算方法,推导潜油电缆功率损耗与电机电压平方和电机效率成反比的公式。在不同油井温度和泵挂深度下,不同规格电缆的截面积、长度和产生的电抗等使电缆损耗增加,在电机端部产生不平衡电压,从而影响电潜泵起动和运行的可靠性。通过计算不同温度下的电缆有效电阻,来判断电机的起动可靠性。只有在大于额定电压50%时,潜油电机的起动可靠性才有保证。
How to select the cable for the sbmasibe pump and calculate the voltage-drop was discussed. The fomula to show the relstionship between the power loss of cable and square value of the rated voltage of the motor in inverse pripotion was gained. The loss varies with different working temperature under the well, different depth of the pump position and different section square & length of the cables. The reactance by the cabe length resulted in the unbalance of the terminal voltage of the motor, thus, to affect the normal starting and operation of the motor. Only when the terminal voltage exceeds 50% rated value, the submasible motor is able to start up reliably.
