摘要 提出了利用亚微米光栅制作导光板的方法,给出亚微米光栅型导光板的初始结构.用严格耦合波理论计算分析了在满足基底全反射条件的45°入射角下红(700nm)、绿(555nm)、蓝(465nm)三色光垂直出射的亚微米光栅(0.651μm、0.516μm、0.433μm)在槽深0.05~0.9μm之间变化时,透射衍射效率在2%~43%之间变化.分析了亚微米光栅的作用,做出性能评价,并研究了特定范围入射角引起的衍射角变化. A light guide plate (LGP) based on sub-micron gratings (SMGs) is proposed and its initial structure is given. The periods of SMGs are 0. 651 μm,0. 516 μm and 0. 433 μm for the LED light sources transmit out vertically with the incidence angle 45° under the total internal reflection condition. The transmission efficiencies vary at 2-43 % when the depth of grooves of SMGs changes at 0.05-0.9 μm by using rigorous coupled-wave theory (RCWT). The results show that the LGP utilizing the characteristics of the SMGs can control the transmission angle and get homogeneous output. The transmission angle is calculated with incidence angle under given range.
