At the ITMA 07, three textile machinery manufacturing companies gave a "live" presentation of their new maintenance and service solutions, based on the remote service system symmedia SP/1. These solutions enhance the communication between the machinery manufacturer and user and offer opportunities for a prompt and efficient customer service.
